Their role is to design, develop and deliver Continuing Professional Development for teachers, leaders, and trainers to support government policy and meet sector needs. Our independent review of ETF’s impact in the year 2020-21 has been published.

The Achieve partnership brings together cross-sector organisations to provide support and treatment for those struggling with drug and/or alcohol addiction across Bolton, Bury, Salford and Trafford in Greater Manchester. This includes providing wrap around support for a range of social needs which can have a huge impact on recovery, such as housing, employment, training and education and mutual aid. The findings from our evaluation have been published.

The Emergency Response Fund was launched by Arts Council England the day after the first national Covid-19 lockdown in March 2020. It aimed to protect businesses and jobs, and allow people to continue their creative practice and plan for the future. Our research explored whether it achieved those objectives.

Employment support programmes are often less effective for participants in their fifties and sixties. SQW evaluated a pilot programme which aimed to improve understanding of the barriers that older participants face and how to better support them, in order to improve outcomes for this cohort.
