The British Film Institute’s Heritage 2022 Programme is a National Lottery funded preservation-led Programme. Following an earlier mid-term assessment of the Programme, SQW has been commissioned to undertake an interim evaluation of the Programme, and provide an early view of its scale, outputs and impact.

We're leading a consortium to examine the impact of youth activities such as youth clubs, on young people and their communities over time. The research is for DCMS and comprises three strands: a longitudinal analysis of datasets including the British Cohort Study and Millennium Cohort Study; an international literature review, and; a local-level analysis of the impact of youth club closures on young people and their communities.

The BFI's Research and Statistics Fund commissions and delivers independent, publicly available evidence for the UK film industry and other screen sectors. SQW has been commissioned to undertake an evaluation of the Fund, including assessing how it contributes and adds value to the UK screen sector ecosystem.

The educational charity Speakers for Schools has commissioned SQW to undertake a rapid evidence review to explore international work experience practices. The review will focus on the forms of work experience that exist internationally and the associated outcomes for young people.
