Evaluation of International Recruitment East

International Recruitment East is a programme funded by the Department of Health and Social Care’s international recruitment fund. The aim of the fund is to support providers of adult social care services with recruitment of international adult social care staff. The programme has a variety of ways to support providers and international recruits including through building knowledge on relevant topics through webinars, offering grants to refugees to reduce barriers to working in adult social care, and providing driving lessons for international recruits. The project is run by Norfolk County Council in partnership with eleven local authorities in the East of England. For more information about the programme, please see the website.

SQW is supporting the programme with monitoring and evaluation. If you are a participant in the programme and have been contacted to complete a survey or attend an interview or focus group as part of the evaluation, please see SQW’s privacy notice which explains how your data will be used and stored.
