Sarah Brown
Director
Sarah Brown is a Director at SQW. She joined the company in 2014. Sarah specialises in evaluation, particularly theory-based evaluations, and mixed methods research. Her evaluation experience encompasses evaluation frameworks, process, impact and economic evaluation. She is a member of the firm’s Evaluation Working Group.
Sarah works across a range of policy areas, including health and social care, innovation and net zero. Her clients include NHS England, the Health Foundation, Department for Energy and Net Zero, UK Research and Innovation, and Innovate UK.
Current and recent examples of her work include an evaluation of Bee Net Zero for Greater Manchester Combined Authority, evaluations of the Made Smarter Innovation and Transforming Foundation Industries Challenge Funds for UK Research and Innovation, and the IMPACT (Improving Adult Social Care Together) programme for the Health Foundation.
Sarah has also supported projects and programmes to develop learning. She is currently leading SQW’s work as a learning support partner for The Mercers’ Company on the second phase of their Early Years Initiative.
Sarah manages the SQW Stockport Office.
