The Youth Futures Foundation (YFF) – the What Works Centre for youth employment – recently announced their new Evaluation Panel which SQW are pleased to have remained a member of, having been a member of their previous panel. YFF’s panel exists for them to commission robust evaluations and research to understand what works around youth employment.

SQW is working with the Tees Valley Combined Authority and their five local authority boroughs (Darlington, Hartlepool, Middlesbrough, Redcar and Cleveland and Stockton-on-Tees) to evaluate the impact of the Tees Valley Youth Guarantee Trailblazer and support learning about what works.

SQW has been commissioned by the Economic and Social Research Council (ESRC) to deliver a mid-term evaluation of the Smart Data Research UK (SDR UK) programme - designed to harness the potential of new forms of data for research and innovation to address social and economic challenges.

SQW has been commissioned by the Department for Science, Innovation and Technology (DSIT) to deliver the final impact evaluation of the 5G Testbeds and Trials (5GTT) programme - the UK’s flagship initiative to accelerate the development and adoption of 5G technologies.

SQW has been appointed as the evaluation partner for Greater Manchester’s Economic Inactivity Trailblazer by the Greater Manchester Combined Authority (GMCA).
