SQW has been commissioned by the Department for Science, Innovation and Technology (DSIT) to deliver the final impact evaluation of the 5G Testbeds and Trials (5GTT) programme - the UK’s flagship initiative to accelerate the development and adoption of 5G technologies.

SQW has been appointed as the evaluation partner for Greater Manchester’s Economic Inactivity Trailblazer by the Greater Manchester Combined Authority (GMCA).
September 2025
SQW has been commissioned by Innovate UK to develop an impact evaluation framework, and then conduct the impact evaluation of the Innovation Accelerator programme. The evaluation framework was finalised in summer 2025 and the interim evaluation will take place over Autumn 2025, with the final evaluation scheduled for 2027.

SQW has been appointed by Homes England to scope out the different housing and client typologies associated with supported housing, and identify potential approaches to explore the wellbeing and fiscal impacts that are unlocked when delivering supported housing.

SQW has been commissioned by Ark Start to evaluate the impact its nurseries are having on children. This evaluation follows on from SQW’s previous work for Ark Start, in which we considered how Ark Start’s model and delivery impacts children, their families and Ark Start’s staff.
