Evaluation of the Knowledge Transfer, Innovation and Advisory Service delivered through Farming Connect

SQW has been commissioned to evaluate the Knowledge Transfer, Innovation and Advisory Service delivered through Farming Connect on behalf of the Welsh Government in 2018/19. The £27.7m European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD) funded programme offers innovation support, training and development, and bespoke one-to-one advice to improve the profitability, competitiveness and environmental performance of the agricultural sector across Wales. SQW's evaluation will assess the effectiveness and efficiency of implementation, outcomes and impacts, and identify learning around what works (and why) to inform and improve ongoing delivery and the design of future programmes.
